INDEX CO-CREATED BY PM BROWNE CENTRAL TO SMALL STATES’ AGENDA AT CHOGM

The Multi-dimensional Vulnerability Index co-created by Prime Minister the Right Honourable Gaston Browne is set to feature prominently in talks at the upcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Antigua this November.

Head of economic policy and small states at the Commonwealth Secretariat, Dr Thomas Munthali, made the disclosure during an exclusive interview with ABS News from the United Kingdom.

He says the upcoming talks are crucial for Antigua and Barbuda and the dozens of other small states in the 56-member Commonwealth.
