PM MAKES REFERENCE TO BULGANI IN CALL FOR CHEMICAL CASTRATION
Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Gaston Browne is standing by his call for chemical castration to be introduced as a punishment for repeat sex offenders, including child rapists.
The prime minister has also responded to criticisms of his proposal from Grenadian criminal defence attorney Gerry Edwin.
The prime minister insists it is an appropriate option for repeat offenders, who lack empathy or control of their sexual urges and are prone to raping our youth.
He also used an example of local serial rapist, ‘Bulgani’.
