The Hon. Baldwin Spencer’s News Year Speech

Leader of the Opposition United Progressive Party, the Hon Baldwin Spencer, notes that with the birth of this New Year, he feels more confident than ever that together, the financial challenges of yesteryear can be confronted.

The former Prime Minister was at the time making his New Year’s Day address.

He states that forging ahead together, Antigua and Barbuda can emerge a stronger nation and a more united people.

The opposition leader is reminding residents that to be Antiguan and Barbudan means that you will never succumb to helplessness or be easily led to self doubt.
