More than one hundred delegates from across the Commonwealth are meeting in Antigua and Barbuda this week for an important conference on youth issues.

The occasion is a meeting of the Commonwealth Youth Ministers meeting that opens at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium Tuesday evening.
