24 YEAR OLD MAN CHARGED FOR ATTACK ON DCP ALBERT WADE

24 year old Grays Farm resident Austin Isaac has been charged in connection with the stabbing of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Albert Wade on Thursday evening. At least three charges have been laid on Isaac, including Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm. He is to make his first appearance in the Magistrate’s Court next Monday.

Isaac is alleged to have attacked DCP Wade after the senior lawman attempted to defuse a squabble between Isaac and another man on Church Street shortly after 8:30 Thursday evening.
