Police Urge Motorists To Adhere To The Rules Of The Road In Efforts To Avoid Accidents

The country has recorded close to 20 traffic accidents in the last 3 days with several persons being hospitalized for injuries sustained.

Some persons on social media are of the belief that reducing the speed limit may be an effective way to respond to the worrying spate of crashes.

However, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Atlee Rodney, says motorists have to play their part noting that one of the major causes is that drivers are not adhering to the rules and regulations of the road.

He then made a plea to motorists.
