Agreement Signed With Caribbean Maritime Institute For Major Training Facility In Antigua And Barbuda

Education Minister, the Hon. Michael Browne, has given the assurance that Antiguans and Barbudans will be given priority for enrollment.
Minister Browne said the aim is to increase human resource capacity and lessen instances where persons cannot pursue higher levels of education because of financial constraints.
The Executive Director of the Institute headquartered in Jamaica, Dr. Fritz Pinnock said the facility is pleased to partner with the government on the innovative programme.
He added that the institute prides itself in providing its students with three critical skills.
