Construction On Polyclinics To Commence Mid-Year

Health Minister the Hon. Molwyn Joseph says efforts are intensifying to further decentralize healthcare with the construction of polyclinics in Willikies and Villa.
These should commence around mid-year.

The polyclinics will also have diagnostic equipment and laboratories.
The Minister also pinpointed other areas where polyclinics will be built at a later date.

A polyclinic provides general and specialist examinations and treatments to outpatients.
The facilities will be funded by grants from the People’s Republic of China who will also be responsible for their construction.
