RESIDENTS REACT TO CARCOM MEETING

Caricom leaders are meeting to discuss major matters including the CSME at their annual heads of government meeting in St. Lucia this week.
The CSME was devised to foster the growth and development of the region.
But regional heads will also be delving into a number of other matters that affect the lives of people across the community.
