Dean Rudolph Smitten to be Recognized

The Reverend Dean Rudolph Smitten will be recognized for outstanding work done in Antigua and Barbuda and the wider region for the past 40 years. The Dean Rudolph Smitten 40^th Anniversary Committee Member Valarie Hodge says a number of activities have been planned to mark the significant milestone.
