Empowerment Program launched in the All Saints East and St. Luke constituency

Failure is not an option, those are the words being echoed by Senator Joanne Massiah as the youth of the All Saints East and St. Luke constituency commences the first ever empowerment program in the area. The “Work and life skills program” which has been used by the Gender Affairs Division will give further development assistance to youth in the constituency.
