Government finalize plans for Bio-Agri project

Government is finalizing negotiations for a Bio-Agri Resort proposed project.  Minister of Finance and Economy, the hon. Harold Lovell says preliminary work has already begun with the investor, to offset the project, which is aimed at providing a natural environment for visitors. Lovell has noted that all relevant authorities are ensuring that the required checks are done to ensure that once the project is launched, it will be a success.

The Finance Minister says some 100 acre of land has been allocated for the resort. The Ministry of Agriculture along with the Ministry of Tourism is also involved in the project. Information regarding the Bio-Agri Resort project can be obtained from the Antigua and Barbuda Investment Authority.
