Regroup and Move Forward

“Regroup and move forward”   Those are the words to describe the stance taken by the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) a week after a High Court decision re-nullified the positions of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Registration Officer.
