‘BIODIVERSITY UNDER SIEGE’ – SIR MOLWYN JOSEPH SOUNDS WARNING DURING HIGH-LEVEL OECS TALKS

Environment Minister, Hon. Sir Molwyn Joseph has warned that the Eastern Caribbean’s biodiversity is ‘under siege.’

The minister provided the stark assessment during high-level sub-regional talks on the environment being staged in Antigua and Barbuda.
