2024 JUNIOR CALYPSONIANS GET BYE TO SENIOR COMPETITION

The Winner and First Runner-Up from the Senior Category (ages 13–19) of the 2024 University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus Junior Calypso Monarch Competition are to receive a bye into the Semi-Finals of the 2025 Calypso Monarch Competition.

The announcement was made by Creative Industries Minister, Hon. Daryll S. Matthew.

The successful pair of Ruez Titre and Mandela Anyandjuh, both of the St. Joseph’s Academy, will have the option of performing an ABFC sponsored song or their 2024 competition calypso hit.
