Public Transformation Needed Now More Than Ever

Bureaucracy in the public service may be slowing down investment opportunities. 

And that means changes to the way the public sector does business are needed urgently.  That’s according to Executive Director, Antigua Barbuda Investment Authority (ABIA).  He says investors are often thwarted by inordinately long processing times.

In an interview with ABS News, Tuesday, Joseph says investors consider risks, scale of the market, and ease of doing business when considering markets.
