KEVORN ETTIENNE CENTRE HAILED AS NEW STANDARD OF CARE

The Health Ministry has officially opened a new facility aimed at improving care for residents with disabilities.

Officials say the Kevorn Ettienne Centre signals a broader shift in how care is delivered in Antigua and Barbuda.

The centre is named after the late resident of the Care Project, who won hearts with his warm smile and cheerful personality.
