Prime Minister Browne Pleas For Easier Access To Development Financing For Small Carbbean States
St . John’s, Antigua – Antigua and Barbuda is making a case for easier access to development financing for small Caribbean states.
The country’s position was detailed by Prime Minister, the Hon. Gaston Browne, during his inaugural address at the 69th General Assembly of the United Nations currently in session in New York.
Browne said the criteria used to assess these nations – based on per capita income – is grossly unfair.
