Aayana Evanson Celebrates Academic Milestone

Aayana Evanson and her family are celebrating her latest academic achievement, after she completed a master’s degree in computer science from New York University.

This adds to a series of academic achievements in the field of software development.

Evanson completed the program with a focus on gaining experience in programming languages and platforms including Python, C++, Javascript and the Unreal game engine.

She also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from St John’s University, where she graduated cum laude, as well as an associate degree from Monroe College, earning summa cum laude honours.

Evanson is an alumna of Antigua Girls’ High School and the Sunnyside Tutorial School.

Her family, including parents Dean Evanson, Director of Audit, and mother, Gwendolyn, as well as friends and supporters are celebrating the milestone.
