ABST REDUCTION WEEKENDS ANNOUNCED

Consumers hoping to take advantage of the annual ABST reduction weekends can do so in two weeks.   

The Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax will be reduced from fifteen percent to five percent beginning at 12am on Friday 10^th December and ending at 11:59pm on the 11^th.

ABST will fall to five percent for a second time on the following Friday and Saturday as people continue their Christmas shopping.

The public is reminded however store participation in the event is voluntary.
