Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has reaffirmed Antigua and Barbuda is to spearhead a new push for climate justice for small island developing states at a major climate summit beginning tomorrow.

The head of government, who is also the chairman of the Alliance of Small Island States, or AOSIS, says compensation could be sought from the world’s largest polluters, if other means fail.

Prime Minister Browne left the island today for the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasglow, Scotland.
