CABINET EAGER FOR CONTINUED DIALOGUE WITH EU ON CIP CONCERNS

Antigua and Barbuda says it will continue defending its Citizenship by Investment Programme, despite heightened pressure from the European Union.

The issue was discussed extensively during Wednesday’s cabinet meeting, amid concerns that the loss of visa-free access to Europe’s Schengen Area would have significant implications for the country’s CIP.
