CAR DESTROYED BY FIRE ON VALLEY ROAD

A car went up in flames in the Big Creek area of Valley Road on Tuesday night, but it is not clear whether the driver was injured.
Fire officers say they received the call at about 10:13pm and arrived on the scene to find a Toyota Vitz engulfed in flames.
They extinguished the blaze, leaving the smouldering shell of the vehicle.
It is not clear what caused the fire.
