Climate Change Could Cause Year-round Hurricane

Chief Environment officer Dianne Black-Layne says Antigua & Barbuda could eventually experience a year-round hurricane season.

She made the projection just before heading to Peru, where representatives of countries from across the globe are concluding talks on climate change damage control.
