DEMOLITION OF ARG DOUBLE-DECKER STAND TO COMMENCE THIS MONTH

The nation is a step closer to seeing the renovation of the Antigua Recreation Ground commencing with the demolition of the double decker stand.
Sports Minister Hon. Daryll Matthew says he has been informed by West Indies Oil Company that demolition will commence on the 20th of this month.
Meanwhile, he explains the delay has resulted from ongoing efforts to relocate vendors in the vicinity of the stand, but says significant progress has been made in this regard.
