EUROPEAN COMMISSION VP IN ANTIGUA FOR CRUCIAL TALKS

Antigua and Barbuda is hosting the highest-ranking European Union official to have touched down in the country. Vice President of the European Commission, Frans Timmermans engaged in crucial talks today with Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne and other officials. The government says it demonstrates the close ties with Brussels ahead of the climate change summit in Glasgow, Scotland, later this year.
