Commonwealth Secretary General Baroness Patricia Scotland is unfazed in the face of a challenge for the post by Jamaica’s Foreign Minister, Senator Kamina Johnson Smith.
Baroness Scotland spoke with ABS News on Monday on the sidelines of a major Commonwealth workshop at the Royalton Resort.
