KASROY SIMON TO FACE MURDER CHARGE IN THE HIGH COURT

Police Constable Kasroy Simon will have to answer to a murder charge in the High Court.

Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel-Edwards has today committed his case to the January criminal assizes after ruling there is enough evidence for the matter to go to trial.

Simon is accused of killing 25-year-old Jamaican, Nicoma McFarlane earlier this year.

McFarlane was found at her mother’s home in Freemansville February 7 and transported to the hospital via ambulance.
