Hurricane Dorian hammered the northern Bahamas earlier this week leaving in its wake what some are calling a historical disaster.

Here in Antigua local Carnival Mas Camp Insane Carnival in collaboration with Top Shelf events is stepping to help victims devastated by Dorian’s Aftermath.
