NEW YORK GOVERNOR SEXUALLY HARASSED EMPLOYEES

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is accused of sexually harassing “multiple women” at his office. The damning findings are outlined in an inquiry, the details of which were announced by New York Attorney General Letitia James. James said Cuomo violated state and federal laws. She says Cuomo had engaged in “unwelcome and non-consensual touching and making numerous offensive comments.” The inquiry was conducted over several months, in which investigators spoke to close to 200 women, including those who had made complaints against the Governor. He was accused of sexual misconduct by several women last year, but denied inappropriate touching and rejected calls to resign. There has yet been no response from the Governor to the damning findings of the inquiry.
