Officer Laments Number of Unlicensed Firearms On The Streets

An officer of the law is lamenting the amount of unlicensed firearms on the country’s streets.

Sergeant Frankie Thomas says too many guns are available for criminals to access. He says the firearm has been the weapon of choice in several of the country’s 13 homicides this year.

Sergeant Thomas is suggesting that harsher penalties be put in place for offenders and government consider another gun amnesty.

Meantime, lawmen have charged Nekemwa “Samba” Gordon… of Ottos Newtown… who is believed to have been involved in the Radio Range robbery and shooting when 25-year-old Javier Lowe lost his life.

Sergeant Thomas says Gordon is charged with larceny of the items stolen and aggravated robbery.
