officers in the Ministries of National Security and Labour particpate in Workshop

Key officers from the Ministry of National Security and Labour, participated in a high level communication skills workshop aimed at improving customer service skills. Forty employees from the departments of Labour, Immigration and the Passport Office are attending the four day session.

As Laurisa Francis reports, the participants were chosen because of their face to face interaction with the public.
