Paul Ryan has been appointed as the first ever honorary consul of the Republic of Indonesia to Antigua and Barbuda. The inauguration ceremony took place on Friday at Antigua Motors on the Old Parham Road and was attended by Foreign Affairs Minister, Hon. E.P Chet Greene.
