PDV Signing Ceremony

St. John’s, Anttigua – A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has been signed marking the commencement of collaboration between PDV Caribe and the Gilbert Agricultural & Rural Development (GARD) Center.

The alliance will see the establishment of the Youth in Agriculture Empowerment Project, an initiative designed to catapult the local agricultural sector through youth involvement.
