PELICAN COURT HOUSING PROJECT TRANSFORMS LIVES AND ST JOHN’S CITYSCAPE

The People’s Republic of China has officially handed over the 150-unit Pelican Court housing development to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

The condominiums, funded through a grant of approximately XCD$50 million, replaces ramshackle dwellings in what had been the Booby Alley community.
