Prime Minister outgoing Chairman of the Caribbean Community Hon. Gaston Browne says it has been a challenging year for the regional bloc.
Prime Minister Browne, who has been Caricom chairman since July under the 6-month rotation of regional heads of government, recounts the challenges and strides for the 15-member community.
