PM BROWNE SLAMS BUDGET PRESENTATION BY OPPOSITION LEADER

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says the Hon. Jamale Pringle’s contribution to the budget debate shows the main opposition United Progressive Party seriously lacks capacity.
The head of government was speaking on the Browne and Browne show on Pointe FM on Saturday following the Opposition Leader’s presentation in the debate on the Appropriations Bill 2022 last Saturday.
The Government has proposed to spend 1.64 billion dollars this fiscal year, with a sharp increase in the capital budget to catalyze economic activity.
