PRIME MINISTER RECEIVES SECOND BOOSTER DOSE; URGES PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has received his second COVID-19 booster dose.
The head of government posted the photographs on his Facebook page indicating this was important to boost his immunity until a more long-lasting vaccine against the viral infection becomes available.

He told his audience on Pointe FM on Saturday that a medical professional has made it clear the immunity from the vaccines lasts a few months and therefore booster doses are crucial.

Prime Minister Browne is also urging members of the populace to get vaccinated and boosted.

He reiterates the focus is on personal responsibility in battling covid-19 since the disease is expected to become endemic.
