‘SEEING-EYE’ DOGS CONSIDERED TO HELP VISUALLY IMPAIRED IN A&B

A group of individuals has held discussions with Cabinet on the possibility of specially-trained dogs assisting visually-impaired Antiguans and Barbudans.

The seven-member group included Dr Radcliffe Robins, who trains dogs.
