SENATE GREENLIGHTS INCREASE IN AIRPORT ADMINISTRATION CHARGE

Parliament’s Upper House has passed the Airport Administration Charge (Amendment) Bill 2026, paving the way for a US$10 increase per passenger traveling internationally.

The legislation was passed following intense debate, in which government lawmakers fended off criticisms from the opposition abut the administration’s economic management.
