SENATOR DWAYNE GEORGE FLAYS UPP FOR CRITICISMS OF ABST INCREASE

Junior Finance Minister, Senator Dwayne George has chastised the United Progressive Party for its public criticisms of the pending 2 percentage point increase in the Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax.
He suggested the opposition has no moral authority on this issue, given the tax measures it introduced while in office between 2004 and 2014.
