One veteran attorney is weighing in on the issue of mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 as debate continues to intensify regarding the issue.

Senior counsel Anthony Astaphan says the constitution allows for mandates on vaccination, making reference to landmark court rulings.

He was a guest on the Browne and Browne show on Pointe FM on Saturday.
