SIR RONALD REFLECTS ON RELEVANCE OF COMMONWEALTH

Antigua and Barbuda’s top diplomat in Washington, Sir Ronald Sanders has provided a blunt assessment of the 54-nation Commonwealth.

He says it continues to teeter on irrelevancy, ten years after the release of the report of the Eminent Persons Group (EPG) to the Commonwealth Heads of Government.
