There are fresh concerns about the perils of climate change for small island states such as Antigua and Barbuda, and calls for collaboration to address this challenge.
The Permanent Council of the Organisation of American States held a special meeting on the issue on Tuesday, chaired by Antigua and Barbuda’s top diplomat in Washington, Sir Ronald Sanders.
