SIR VIVIAN RICHARDS SAYS HE IS HUMBLED TO RECEIVE CARICOM’S HIGHEST HONOUR

Caricom’s highest honour has been bestowed on Sir Isaac Vivian Alexander Richards.
Arguably the greatest batsman of all time accepted the order of the Caribbean Community, OCC on Sunday night.
It was conferred during the opening ceremony of the 43rd Regular Meeting of Caricom Heads of Government.
