Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin Sworn In As The Country’s Newest AG

The Hon. Steadroy ‘Cutie’ Benjamin was on Friday sworn in as the country’s Attorney General.

The parliamentary representative for the St. John’s City South Constituency and a veteran Attorney at Law received his instruments of appointments, in an official ceremony at Government House and also took the oath of office.

The new Attorney General has a number of plans to revise and reform the justice system in Antigua and Barbuda.

Benjamin says the St. Mary’s South MP, the Hon. Samantha Marshall will be assisting him in the Ministry of Legal Affairs, which also forms a part of his portfolio.
