TOP ENVIRONMENT OFFICIAL WELCOMES PLEDGES TO LOSS AND DAMAGE FUND

Chief Environment Officer Ambassador Diann Black Layne has welcomed the move by several countries to pledge funds to the loss and damage fund for climate change impacts.
The funds will be used to assist states such as Antigua and Barbuda which are most vulnerable to climate disasters.
Ambassador Black Layne was speaking exclusively to ABS News from Dubai.
