TRIAL DATE SET IN ALFA NERO OWNERSHIP ROW

September this year has been confirmed for the start of a trial in one of the legal cases swirling around the Alfa Nero super yacht.
Lead attorney for the Government, Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan, told ABS News in an exclusive interview that the trial pertains to a claim brought by the Flying Dutchman Overseas Limited.
The entity is seeking to torpedo the completion of the sale of the vessel by Government.
