UWI AND HARVARD SIGN DEAL ON PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES

The University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus launched its Lifelong Learning Unit today which will provide a wide range of professional development courses.

The fledgling initiative has already been given a major boost as the Five Islands campus also signed a major agreement with Ivy League institution Harvard University today. The result of the partnership is that some of the courses will be offered in collaboration with Harvard Business School.

The partnership with Harvard comes after Prime Minister Gaston Browne wrote to the President of the US- based university two years ago for reparatory justice.
