$50 FOR FORTNIGHTLY COVID-19 TESTS

Government workers and those who work in the tourism industry who choose not to be vaccinated will now pay EC$50.00 for fortnightly Covid-19 tests.
The policy decision had earlier been taken this category of workers would need to submit to Covid-19 rapid tests every two weeks if they chose not to be vaccinated.
Information Minister Hon Melford Nicholas says the government has made good on its promise to seek a more economical option to taking the tests which normally cost as much as EC$200.
